What should I upgrade first?

Bottomless Portafilter — Switching to a bottomless portafilter with a single-wall basket unlocks the La Specialista's real potential. You'll see your extraction in real time and be able to dial in grind and technique properly.
51mm Tamper — The stock tamper is undersized for the basket. A proper 51mm barista-grade tamper gives you a more consistent, even tamp and noticeably better extraction.
Puck Screen — Our 51mm puck screen fits the La Specialista perfectly. It distributes water evenly across the puck surface, reduces channelling and keeps your grouphead cleaner.
